The NBC article incorrectly listed the address of my company (7656 Slate Ridge Blvd, Reynoldsburg) as one of the addresses of a suspended company called Ultimate. There are two home healthcare agencies with two different owners with the name Ultimate. My company, Ultimate Home Healthcare Services, Inc., in Reynoldsburg, has no association with the other, and we have not received any notice of suspension, investigation, or the like from the state.
